Remember in the Matrix when Neo starts blocking punches with one hand and stopping bullets in mid-air? What did everybody say? He is “the one.” And people said “Neo” was “one” spelled sideways. Remember all that from the 90’s? Well, today we’re going to tackle Ephesians chapter one, and we’re going to see why Paul says that JESUS is THE ONE.
“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ... And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself” (Ephesians 1:3, 23 NLT).
